Cristina Tovar

Venezuelan graduated in Social Communication, stands out in her professional career as a model, actress, and film entrepreneur. In her work she stood out internationally in world-renowned films such as «Bad Hair», «Liberator», «Operation Orion», she was also invited to participate in the Santa Barbara Film Festival in the state of California, USA. Parallel to her professional life she began her spiritual search towards yoga philosophy at the Casa Vrinda International Yoga Academy better known as «La Casita Azul» in the city of Caracas for ten years until training as a yoga instructor belonging to the team Casa Vrinda and specializing to share with her presencial and online community all the tools obtained throughout her certification in yoga and in the Meditation Area. Currently resides between Caracas, Los Angeles and Montevideo.
