* Teaching training of the Yoga Inbound training program FIYI System * Preschool education teacher * Aerobics instructor * Training in effective communication and coaching * 30 years of trajectory and experience in early education as a teacher and director. * Currently instructor of yoga, meditation, yoga kids . ♀️I decided to continue with permanent training on topics related to comprehensive well-being, mainly to create the habit and knowledge in children, since by sowing this practice in them at an early age it is possible to help the spiritual awakening of that future adult by exercising their mind, body and soul. ♀️During the course of the Yoga and meditation studies I was able to experience and see a positive result in my teaching as a guide of this practice to adults, which inspired me to continue deepening my studies even more and to continue contributing my knowledge to whoever requires it. ♀️Every day I am more convinced that humanity needs this training and habit of taking care of comprehensive well-being.
